Marcas Miles

Marcas Miles serves as vice president, industry relations at Employers Health, where he oversees efforts to strengthen connections with clients, partners and stakeholders. In this role, Marcas leads initiatives to enhance collaboration and advance the mission of Employers Health, while also supporting the Employers Health Foundation in driving philanthropic efforts and health improvement programs. His leadership is focused on delivering value for clients and fostering meaningful community impact.

With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications and business development, Marcas has successfully guided initiatives across the insurance, health care and nonprofit sectors. His expertise includes building strong client relationships, increasing organizational visibility and creating innovative strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a commitment to advancing organizational goals and fostering meaningful partnerships.

In tandem with his professional role, Marcas is deeply involved in community leadership. He has served on boards and committees for organizations such as Leadership Stark County, Goodwill Industries, Access Health Stark County, United Way and the Professional Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival. Passionate about collaboration and mentorship, Marcas continues to contribute to initiatives that improve the communities he serves. Outside of work, Marcas enjoys curating home design projects, celebrating his love for Christmas through creative decorating and spending time with his husband and two sons.
