Ava Oberle
Ava is a data analytics specialist at Employers Health. In this position, she assists the Employers Health team and clients through data analysis and strategies tied to medical and pharmacy benefit plans to drive positive results. Her expertise ensures clients receive insightful, data-driven recommendations to optimize their benefit plans.
Ava earned two bachelor’s degrees in data analytics and biology from Denison University in Granville, Ohio. During her time at Denison, she served as a student tour guide, worked as a research assistant, sang in the Chamber Singers choir and completed several digital analytics and research internships. When not at work, Ava enjoys listening to music, athletic activities, going to concerts and watching new shows.
