Doreen Hull has spent the last decade at Midwest Public Risk (MPR), a self-funded risk pool that provides employee benefits, workers’ compensation and property/liability coverage for government entities in Kansas and Missouri. In her role as MPR’s benefits services director, she oversees the organization’s benefits plans, ensuring comprehensive medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage for members. Committed to member health and well-being, MPR was recently recognized with Gold Status by the Kansas City Chamber.
Doreen’s experience spans across account management, sales and human resources (HR) with a large insurance carrier and a local third-party administrator. She actively engages in the benefits and HR community through memberships in the International Public Management Association for Human Resources, Society for Human Resource Management, International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). She also maintains her Professional Human Resources and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designations. Most recently, she served as president of the Kansas City Chapter of NABIP, successfully leading the chapter back to Silver Status.
